DAY 4: INDIVIDUAL PURSUITS
Three things I have learnt from watching these videos are that…
- You can actually make lots of money by being good at something.
- Tennis is a hard focusing sport (like any other I guess)
- I researched tennis and these are some benefits.
Playing tennis has many health benefits including:
- increasing aerobic capacities.
- lowering resting heart rate and blood pressure.
- improving metabolic function.
- increasing bone density.
- lowering body fat.
- improving muscle tone, strength and flexibility.
- increasing reaction times.
And the thing I want to know is how they are that good.

ReplyDeleteTennis is a great sport. That is quite a list of benefits. I never have played tennis but I done the individual pursuit sport of longer distance running - 10K for example. I guess tennis has more benefits like flexibility and reaction times being improved.
Do you play tennis or other sports?
