INDIVIDUAL PURSUITS

DAY 4: INDIVIDUAL PURSUITS

Three things I have learnt from watching these videos are that…

  1.  You can actually make lots of money by being good at something. 
  2. Tennis is a hard focusing sport (like any other I guess)
  3.  I researched tennis and these are some benefits. 
Playing tennis has many health benefits including:
  • increasing aerobic capacities.
  • lowering resting heart rate and blood pressure.
  • improving metabolic function.
  • increasing bone density.
  • lowering body fat.
  • improving muscle tone, strength and flexibility.
  • increasing reaction times.

And the thing I want to know is how they are that good.

    Tennis is a great sport. That is quite a list of benefits. I never have played tennis but I done the individual pursuit sport of longer distance running - 10K for example. I guess tennis has more benefits like flexibility and reaction times being improved.
