Hope and Faith

I think that Aaron Smith was a good choice to do this task on because he has hope and faith in his teammates to win the games. 

All black halfback Aaron smith shows good faith and hope in his teammates because he was a key member of the rugby world cup in 2015 winning team.

Saint Paul And The Prisoner Ship

Saint Paul was loaded onto a prisors ship off to a prison overseas. Before the ship was ready to leave Paulel said there will be a storm and there will be lots if lives lost but the captain was convinced. 
The ship was through most of its journey but just as he predicted the storm got worse and the ship couldn't take it. The ship then crumbled under the presser. 
When the storm had passed they washed up on an island, they found people who had never been heard of and preached about jesus.

Personification The personification is when you give something

a human characteristic,

“The mountain talks”,

The mountain does not talk but it is given human characteristics. 
An example of repetition, “we fell yet we are loved and lifted”.

We froze yet we were love and warmed. We broke apart yet we are here

and hole.
This is being said many times because the passengers fell down,

froze and broke apart but their families still love them and keep them

high in thought, they will always

love them and think of them warmly they will always be completed in

there hearts.
Poem how it made me feel.
The poem was sort of depressing. It spoke about people freezing,

breaking apart and how they were loved. It speaks about how the

mountain was sad and sorry for being the cause of the deaths, 

and how the mountain could not do anything about it, the people could

not see even two meters in front of them, then all of a sudden bang they went

down.

Fire Making
I give myself a multi structural.
Because I held the Magnifying glass even though my arm was tiered. I also encouraged my team and supported them even  if they were mad at me...

Meal planning
I give myself a muliti structural
because I helped Lini find good things on countdown online and i added things for him.

Pancakes
I give myself a multi structural because I came up with the idea of taking turns at cooking and we negotiated with other teams to borrow stuff. 

Pancake Reflection

Today me and my buddy's Taye and Lani made pancakes with a gas cooker.
Was it hard to make? It was harder to do when another team had  ingredients and we didn't. We fixed it by asking them if we could have the ingredients we needed.
How did we do it? We first got the pancake mix and we then filled it with water.  We the pored it into the pan and flipped it over when it need it.
How did we insure our safety? We stood well away when it was cooking and made sure that nothing was touching it, we so flipped them we used two spatulas.
When our team had finished our pancakes we did or dishes and some other teams dishes that they had left there.

Stretcher Making

This is my school site. We start off with 20 mins of P.E then we come into the classroom to do some work on our computers. 

Te Whare Hauora

                                     Prayer  

In Te Whare Houora we are learning to lead the class in prayer. 

This is the format we are using...

We have our names written on a timetable for when its our turn to lead in prayer. Luk and I are on the 17th of April. We will be praying for the sick and poor. 

We also have to say three saints such as saint Marcillan Champaya,

 Mary Micillop and another saint. Some skills we can  accomplish are... Listing, speech and to foucas.

 

This is my team  and some techniques we used were line, shape and balance.
